Arriving before the house is ready? We may be able to arrange an attended luggage drop so you can leave your bags securely and continue with your day.

Attendance fee: US$20.

If a Driftwood team member is already scheduled to be at the property and the drop does not interfere with turnover, we may confirm the luggage drop at no charge. The US$20 fee applies when a separate staff visit is required.

This service must be approved before purchase. Availability depends on the departure schedule, housekeeping progress, property access, and your requested arrival time. Luggage drop does not provide early access to the house or its amenities.
