When payment is due
After availability and pricing are confirmed: arrival airport transfers are payable before boarding, on the morning of your flight or the night before an early flight. Return airport transfers join your final stay bill, payable before pickup. Tours are payable 24 hours before departure, or earlier if confirmed provider terms require it. Food, cooks and massages are itemized for settlement before departure; massage payment timing must first be agreed with the therapist. Last-minute tours are payable on confirmation. Any advance payment for a large food purchase will be agreed with you first. Your confirmation will specify the exact deadline and cancellation terms. Submitting this trip does not book or charge anything.
